Our commitment and your responsibility

At K J Howells and Son we offer high quality Teak Products at very competitive prices. In December, 2006 we went live with our 'secure' full e-commerce web site to complement our established retail outlet in Poole. This is our commitment to you for your ordering experience:

• Order will be placed online and the credit card will be processed by a 3rd party secure processing service.
  
• Where possible, within one working day we will notify you if there are any problems with the order, and give you a lead time if items are out of stock.
  
• We will endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days, subject to stock availability.  Orders will then be sent via our selected carrier, normally on a 24 hour service (excluding weekends). If you require special timed delivery or a Saturday delivery, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to try to arrange this for you.  At the time of shipment we are able to offer tracking facilities if required. 
  
• Our courier company will require a signature to show the items have arrived in good condition.  If no one is at home, they will leave a card.  Please call the number on the card, and they will attempt a redelivery to the same address within the following days.  Our courier company will make two attempts at delivery before an additional charge is incurred.
  
• If any products we have dispatched arrive damaged, a full refund or replacement is available upon return of the damaged item(s) to us. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 working days.
